May Dinglasan
Founder & CEO
May Dinglasan founded Prestige Home Care Agency in California in 2023, personally directing scheduling, human resources, sales and marketing, accounts, and payroll.
Before launching Prestige, she built experience managing payroll for workforces exceeding 200 employees, overseeing personnel records for more than 400, and handling regulatory documentation across the Philippines, the UAE, and the United States.
She holds a Certified Senior Care Manager credential from the Association of Care Services at Home, and has built Prestige's client base through referral partnerships with veterans' home health community centers, regional centers, hospitals, senior facilities, social workers, and discharge planners.
Every module in the Accelerator reflects work that May has personally performed at operating scale. Participants learn directly from the operator who accomplished each of these steps in real life.
