Week 2 covers the complete employment lifecycle, walking participants through job postings, interview protocols, background checks, onboarding documentation, and caregiver skills training across populations including seniors, veterans, and individuals with disabilities. Participants finish the week holding active job postings, a completed employee onboarding folder, and a live HR compliance tracker.

Week 3: Administration & Accounts
Week 3 moves through the administrative core of a home care agency, from conducting in-home assessments and building service plans to setting competitive bill rates, configuring accounting software, and securing required insurance coverage. Participants finish with a client intake pack, a localized rate sheet and pricing calculator, and a twelve-month cash flow forecast ready for real operation.

Week 4: Sales, Marketing & Technology Support
Week 4 covers the full outward-facing operation of an agency, from finalizing brand assets and learning healthcare B2B sales to mapping local referral sources and executing a marketing action plan. The final day brings every prior week together as participants set up, configure, and test the integrated software platform that will manage scheduling, caregiver documentation, and family communication once the agency opens.
